VISABOYO is a brand owned by WORLDTRAVEL STUDIO HNV PRIVATE LIMITED, which respects the privacy of its Clients and believes that each of its Client who books or looks for any services offered by VisaBoyo or in this website www.visaboyo.com (the site), has the right to be informed about the privacy policy that is followed by VisaBoyo.
The idea of this policy is to educate the ‘Users’ as to what personal information is being captured by us and where the same is being used. It describes the principles and practices that apply to ‘Personal Information’ collected from Users of our services on our Site, in telephone or e-mail communications.
It should be further noted that VisaBoyo will not (i) collect Personal Information of the Users without their knowledge and permission; (ii) knowingly disclose the Personal Information of any User to third parties, except as provided herein. VisaBoyo endeavors to take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information collected from its Users.
The Clients / Users can also register with VisaBoyo in order to book services on this website and to take advantage of the customization features provided herein. However, if any User chooses not to register, he/ she can take advantage of any feature of this site where registration is not required and in such cases the information collected from the User would be limited.
VisaBoyo logs the IP address of the Users in order to maintain the server, administer the Web site and track usage statistics.
The IP address of any User may vary each time they visit the site, or it may be the same, depending on whether such User access the site through an always-on type of Internet connection (e.g., cable modem or DSL), or through a dial-up connection (e.g., VSNL, MTNL etc). Either way, it would be extremely difficult for VisaBoyo to identify the Users through their IP address, and VisaBoyo never makes any attempt to do so.
If any User reached our site by clicking on a link or advertisement on another site, then VisaBoyo also log that information. This helps VisaBoyo to maximize their Internet exposure, and to understand the interests of its Users. All of this information is collected and used only in the aggregate; that is, it is entered into the database maintained by VisaBoyo, where VisaBoyo can use the same to generate overall reports on the site visitors, but not reports about individual visitors.
VisaBoyo also places a small file known as a “cookie” on its Users’ computer’s hard drive. Further when any User purchases Products or Services for a third party using his own Member ID and password, VisaBoyo will collect that third party’s name and contact information, and other information as required by the travel service provider(s), so that VisaBoyo can complete the booking.
VisaBoyo use the personal information collected to help both VisaBoyo as well the User. As mentioned above, registering with the site allows the Users to personalize the Web site so that it is most useful to them. It also allows the User to log into the site automatically each time of visit, rather than manually typing user name and password every time. By registering one can also track his/her history of transactions that he/she may have done on the site which is available in the form of a Dossier. VisaBoyo may also use this information to periodically contact the Users with news or important information from VisaBoyo or to request the Users’ feedback about the site. In addition to these periodic updates, VisaBoyo may also email additional materials, but only if specifically requested by the User. VisaBoyo may also share some of the personally identifiable information with its subsidiaries, group and sister companies around the world that are committed to provide comprehensive array of travel packages and services to meet the travel needs of a User. Sharing this information allows VisaBoyo to better understand the ways in which its various product and service offerings can assist travelers. It also enables VisaBoyo to provide its Users with information about travel opportunities in which he/she might be interested. The subsidiaries, group and sister companies of VisaBoyo also will comply with applicable laws governing the transmission of promotional communications, and give each User an opportunity in any such email that they send to choose not to receive such promotional e-mail messages in the future.
Users also may share their personal information with third-parties specifically engaged by VisaBoyo to provide services (such as Airlines, Hotels, Ground Handlers, Insurance Companies, Product Companies and advertising agencies), in which case VisaBoyo will require those parties to agree to use any such personally-identifiable data solely for the purpose of providing the specified services through VisaBoyo. VisaBoyo may also use the information to provide to government agencies like RBI, Banks etc as per the laws of the country. Users must appreciate that VisaBoyo must cooperate with legal authorities, and may in some circumstances be required to disclose personally identifiable information in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, or in response to a subpoena or other legal process. VisaBoyo has implemented security procedures to help protect the personal information stored in the systems/site. VisaBoyo may also needs to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity; to protect VisaBoyo against liability and permit VisaBoyo to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that VisaBoyo may sustain; or if VisaBoyo believes in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it. The Personal Information will be stored in secured locations, and on servers controlled by VisaBoyo.
Third parties advertise on the Site. However, VisaBoyo do not share any Personal Information about the Users with these advertisers unless permitted by the Users to do so, which is separate from any permission provided during the Member registration process. These advertisers may seek to use cookies and pixel tags to track Session Data about the ads each User has seen and types of things in which the User appears interested. These advertisers may also use combined information about the visits of the Users to the Site and other sites in order to provide advertisements about related goods and services that may be of interest to the respective User.
When Users click on one of these advertisers’ links, the Users would be leaving the Site and entering another site. VisaBoyo shall not responsible for such third party’s sites. VisaBoyo sends this information directly, or via third party service providers. If any User do not opt-out from receiving these communications about the Site, VisaBoyo will send them to the Users. For the sake of convenience, the Site provides links to other sites. When a User clicks on one of these links, he/she are leaving our Site and entering another site. VisaBoyo shall not be responsible for such third party sites as such sites are not under the control of VisaBoyo. Users should carefully review the privacy statements of any other sites they visit, because those privacy statements will apply to the Users’ visit to such other sites.
